Send me an email within 14 days of delivery before sending items back. Items must be shipped back by 30 days after date of delivery to qualify for a refund and must include product packaging (i.e. if you ordered necklace chains or beads, they must be in original labeled baggies where applicable).

Please send me an email before returning large quantities of items.

For items with a guarantee, you may return them for a refund if you wish.
Important note: I do not refund shipping if the item arrived on time and with all contents undamaged, I only refund the total returned item value.
