Items must be shipped back by 30 days after date of delivery to qualify for a refund and must include product packaging (i.e. if you ordered necklace chains or beads, they must be in original labeled baggies where applicable).

Please send me an email before returning large quantities of items.

For items with a guarantee, you may return them for a refund if you wish. Returns not accepted for final sale (clearance) items.

If items are valued at $10+, please insure the package.
